1. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favorite Pawify products to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
We accept most major payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal,....
2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours after purchase.
Once your order is processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes.
Please contact us as soon as possible at Contact@paweola.com with your order number.
3. Are my payments secure?
Yes! Our checkout process is fully encrypted and compliant with Shopify’s PCI-DSS standards to protect your personal and payment information.

8. My tracking shows “delivered,” but I haven’t received my package.
Please check with your local post office or neighbors first.
If the issue persists, email us and we’ll help investigate with the courier.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a refund within 60 days of delivery.

11. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If the product is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the return cost.
For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
