1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days .

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package has shipped.

Note: During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Time

We partner with trusted global carriers to ensure your items are delivered safely.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States, Canada, Australia, UK, and EU: 8–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and courier delays beyond our control.


3. Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $50 (USD).
Orders under $50 will incur a flat shipping fee of $6.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package’s journey.
If you do not receive tracking information within 5 days of your order, please contact us at Contact@paweola.com.


5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived after 30 business days, please contact our support team.
We will:

  • Investigate with the shipping carrier
  • Re-send the item (if available), or
  • Provide a full refund according to our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee

Paweola is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct.
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us immediately at Contact@paweola.com before the order is processed. Once shipped, we cannot change the destination.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Paweola is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
These charges (if any) are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.


8. Delivery Confirmation

Once your order shows “Delivered” by the courier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local postal service or neighbors before contacting us.
